From Our Clients

“We were buying a house and called these guys for our inspection based on a referral. Our inspector was Mike who owns the company. He was really thorough and pointed out several issues that were wrong with the house and we used those to negotiate a lower price. We were thrilled that he was there to represent our best interests. Will definitely call him next time we are buying a house.”

“Clay did our wind mit inspection just over 5 years ago and it was impeccable at the time. Now I needed a new one for insurance purposes. Plus a 4 point inspection including roof, water, electrical and plumbing. Frankly I wanted to know the facts about my house’s condition. Clay was thorough and professional. Stellar work.”

“Cannot say enough about how thorough the inspection we had from AECI was. The inspector took the time to make sure he tested every aspect of the home we are considering purchasing.”
